The Site is a directory and voting platform for private game servers. We do not host, operate, or endorse any listed game servers. We are solely an index of server information submitted by third parties.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Listed Servers

Server owners are solely responsible for ensuring their servers comply with all applicable laws and the terms of service of the relevant game publishers. By submitting a listing, you confirm that you have the right to operate and promote the listed server.

We reserve the right to remove any listing at our sole discretion, including but not limited to listings that:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Contain false or misleading information
• Are reported by rights holders via our DMCA process

5. DMCA / Intellectual Property

If you believe content on the Site infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us with: (a) identification of the copyrighted work, (b) identification of the infringing material, (c) your contact information, and (d) a statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site or any listed server. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
